ANTIDISCRIMINATION
People have to fight “loudly” for their rights
At many levels within the country that language remains a barrier in the sense that it creates a division among ethnically mixed communities which remain separated from one another (despite physical closeness/neighbourhood)
The argument for the anti-discrimination rhetoric is many-fold in the sense that various areas are implicated, such as language, education, political commitment (or the lack of it), legal framework, and most importantly the absence of effective cohesive socio-cultural interactions.
One of the fundamentals of a democratic society is to have in place the legal framework to protect discrimination of any kind aimed at any ethnic or religious person(s)/communities. In the case of Macedonia, a combination of the Constitution, the Ohrid Framework Agreement, the Ombudsman, and soon to come into effect the anti-discrimination legislation, should ensure that any type of politico-legal gap is fulfilled. The new legislation must comply with the acquis communitaires of the EU - one of the many requirements for the candidate-country on its journey towards future membership of the EU.
Many institutions are going through a process of reform to be more streamlined with the requirements dictated from Brussels. Although it is crucial to have the political commitment and the legal framework working in tandem to promote and protect the rights of all and varied ethnic minorities of any given society, it is fair to argue that institutions alone cannot be blamed nor made fully accountable for the discrimination that takes place in the daily social interactions at many levels of the Macedonian society. Why?
VACCINATION
Only regular and full vaccination provides secure protection
The vaccination we are talking about is obligatory with Law and it’s free of charge. When the invitation for that is sent, the parents must take their children in the hospitals so that the children can take the vaccine. In the cases when the parents didn’t receive invitation or they got birth in home conditions, they should and must go by themselves in the hospital and to register, so that they can start the process of vaccination. In the hospitals there are medical teams for vaccination. Doctors and nurses are making those teams and they are organized and divided into groups for vaccination of children at pre-school age and at the age when children are already at school. For successful vaccination in the rural areas, the medical teams go on field, in homes, and for children in schools, they go straight to schools
The vaccination represents the best, the complete and specific measure for preventing the diseases. To reach the main goal, it is necessary that the vaccination be conducted properly in order to cover the biggest number of people that must receive vaccines according to the regulations. In economical sense, with the successful vaccination, the costs are lower comparing with the death rate and the medical treatments of the diseases, with which the vaccination is the most efficient measure.

They work on previously prepared planes in which are covered all the children that from different reasons are missed in the medical files from the past year. The data of newborn children is collecting on a daily basis from the gynecological departments from the hospitals.
